Some Clinical Experiences of Altima® (Dihydroxy Aluminium Allantoinate) in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
|
|
|
Altima® (Dihydroxy Aluminium Allantoinate) was given orally 0. 6g per day for
treatment of peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer with hypertrophic gastritis.
Results of the Altima´® treatment on 17 cases of above illness are as follows:
1) Clinical observations demonstrated that Altima® is much remarkable as 88% of
effectiveness in 17 cases.
2) The drug was more effective in gastric ulcer (100%) than duodenal ulcer (85%).
3) It seemed that combined therapy with other conventional ulcer regimens and digestive might be more effective.
